Our 50-minute Foundation class is a great place to start for those who are new to sculpt50 and Lagree Fitness Method™ . We strongly recommend a Foundation class as your first class to learn more about the Megaformer™ machine and get comfortable with the fundamental Lagree Fitness™ Method exercises.
The Total Body class is our classic Lagree Fitness™ Method class. This workout combines high-intensity and low impact exercises, all performed on the Megaformer™ all to help you strengthen and tone the entire body in 50 minutes.
TOTAL BODY EXPRESS
This class is a shorter version of our Total Body class. Though the class is a little shorter, you won't miss out on the high-intensity and low impact exercises, all performed on the Megaformer™ all to help you strengthen and tone the entire body in 40 minutes.
ARMS & ABS
Get ready to feel the burn! Our Arms & Abs class focuses on the toning and sculpting the arms, obliques, and core. The workout is designed to help you strengthen and tone the entire upper body in 25 minutes.
