Our 50-minute Foundation class is a great place to start for those who are new to sculpt50 and Lagree Fitness Method™ . We strongly recommend a Foundation class as your first class to learn more about the Megaformer™ machine and get comfortable with the fundamental Lagree Fitness™ Method exercises.
TOTAL BODY CLASS
The Total Body class is our classic Lagree Fitness™ Method class. This workout combines high-intensity and low impact exercises, all performed on the Megaformer™ all to help you strengthen and tone the entire body in 50 minutes. Get ready to sweat, shake, and get stronger in this intense but fun class!
TOTAL BODY EXPRESS CLASS
This class is a shorter version of our Total Body class. Though the class is a little shorter, you won't miss out on the high-intensity and low impact exercises, all performed on the Megaformer™ all to help you strengthen and tone the entire body in 40 minutes. Get ready to sweat, shake, and get stronger in this intense but fun class!
ARMS & ABS CLASS
Get ready to feel the burn! Our Arms & Abs class focuses on the toning and sculpting the arms, obliques, and core. The workout is designed to help you strength and tone the entire upper body in 25 minutes. Get ready to sweat, shake, and get stronger in this intense but fun class!

Tiffany fell in love with the Lagree Fitness Method after taking her first class while on a business trip in Southern Calfornia. She became obssessed with the workout and loved how it was low impact and yet incredibly effective. This obsession lead her to leave the corporate world and open sculpt50. Tiffany's mission is to provide a workout space that is welcoming of everyone of all fitness levels and abilities, and provide the ultimate workout that pushes her clients mentally and physically.
