This powerful machine will give you the workout of your life, working your muscles to failure without injury. You will shake and sweat, and you will become leaner and stronger.

WHAT TO BRING

Grip socks are required to participate in class to prevent injuries and for sanitary reasons.  If you don't own a pair, we offer them for purchase or rent.

Bring a towel, some water, and get ready to sweat!

 

ARRIVE 10 MIN EARLY

If you are a new client, please come at least 10 minutes early to get a Megaformer orientation, sign the waiver, and check in.
